How It Works
At high IV doses, vitamin C generates hydrogen peroxide in extracellular fluid. Normal cells neutralize H₂O₂ via catalase, but cancer cells — which are low in catalase — are selectively damaged. This pro-oxidant mechanism is distinct from the antioxidant effects at lower doses.
